Car Detailing 1 (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our company”) is dedicated to providing high-quality auto detailing services that meet our customers’ expectations. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for requesting refunds or addressing issues related to our services.
Regarding Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are not satisfied with the auto detailing services provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. After reviewing the situation, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- A full or partial refund.
- A complimentary re-service to address specific concerns.
- A discount on a future service.
Refund Restrictions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Services that have been fully completed and accepted at the time of vehicle pickup.
- Requests based on subjective preferences (e.g., dissatisfaction with the appearance of a properly performed service).
- Requests made more than 48 hours after service completion.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or external factors after the service.
We accept payments via cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and select digital payment methods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Refunds for digital payments not supported by our system will be issued via an alternative method (e.g., check or bank transfer) at our discretion.
Service-Specific Conditions
- Inspection Upon Completion: Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion of the service and report any concerns before leaving our facility.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or conditions (e.g., scratches, stains) that cannot be resolved through standard detailing processes. These will be noted during the initial vehicle inspection.
- Service Limitations: Certain stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable due to the condition of the vehicle or material limitations, which will be communicated prior to service.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any prepayments.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, equivalent to 50% of the service cost, at our discretion.
- No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any prepayments.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via an alternative method if necessary. No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.
